Katie Jones, the creator of Genuine Work at Home Advice and Content by Katie has always been fascinated with interesting and quirky ways to make money. She currently studies Graphic Design at Ivy Tech Community College to become a freelance graphic designer. Katie is an Infolinks publisher and after winning a Facebook Contest, received $200 for her very own Marketplace Account.
I have been a member of Infolinks for quite sometime. I loved how easy it was to integrate the codes into my blog, plus who doesn’t like earning money? I also love how the ads themselves are inside my text. When I saw that Infolinks was having a Marketplace Campaign via their Facebook page, I knew I had to participate. Thankfully I did because I was announced as the winner of a $200 coupon to help me get started with the Marketplace.
The general idea of Infolinks Marketplace reminded me of Google Adwords and I had success with Adwords in the past. I had really high hopes and goals with Infolinks Marketplace and the end result was very pleasing. As I began to familiarize myself with the interface, I realized how easy it was to create my own ad and to have it shown to numerous people. When I actually got started, my first ad group was created for me, which was quite helpful as I am a busy person.
The first day of my ad being live, I received double the traffic than I normally would have and since then, it has continued to grow. My blog has now reached thousands of people and I have Infolinks to thank. Although I had won a coupon and did not necessarily pay, Infolinks Marketplace is budget friendly and you ultimately have control over every aspect of your ad.
The amount of help and guidance I received was amazing and Infolinks truly want their publishers to achieve the most out of their websites. Like I said previously, my traffic literally doubled (plus some) when my ads went live. I wish I would have kept track, but before my ad went live, I was getting anywhere from 100-200 visitors a day. Now, this is also because I was not posting as much, but it was definitely a decline from the 800+ visitors I had when I first started blogging.
After I participated in the Marketplace, my traffic shot through the roof and exceeded any amount of traffic I had before. It also helped with my earnings and I am getting extremely closer to cashing out at Infolinks and Google AdSense.
The success I have had with Infolinks Marketplace prompts me to keep blogging and showing others what I have to offer. All it takes is $5 to start and from there, anything is possible. I can honestly say that Infolink’s Marketplace has helped me tremendously with my earnings, publication and my confidence in the blogging world.
